SYLO Questionnaire

The Sort Your Life Out questionnaire has been developed especially for the SYLO Book/Programme by Pete Cohen and Conall Platts, an occupational psychologist. By working through the questions, you will come up with a score for each of the four areas on which we focus in the book.

Once you’ve got your score, you’ll have a clear idea of which area or areas of your life are a priority for you to work on. Once you know this, you can then begin the process of becoming more aware of your behaviour.

The maximum score you can get for each of the four areas is 25, so your total Sort Your Life Out score is out of 100. This is a great benchmark against which you can measure your progress as you work through the book. If you come back to repeat the questionnaire at the end of the programme, you’ll clearly see how well you’ve done.
